Innovate to adapt. Adapt to outlast.
Personal adoption infrastructure for accelerating technology. Method first, domains second, news never.
Change compounds faster than any one person can absorb. Awareness does not close that gap. A system for adopting reversibly does.
The method
Six stages. One of them is the point.
Track
Point a system at a domain. Scheduled, not browsed.
Hypothesize
Write down what you expect before you act.
Run
Install the smallest reversible version.
Inspect
Measure against the hypothesis, not against how it feels.
Version
Reality found an edge. Encode it and loop back.
Expire
Every adoption carries a kill date.
Most frameworks stop at Inspect and offer two outcomes. It worked, or it did not. The third is the common one: it mostly worked, something at the edge broke, and the rule got tighter. That is the stage that compounds.
The proof
Every rule here was added because something broke.
A published case states the rule that was added and what that rule still fails to catch. A case without both is marketing, not evidence.
The log is open. It starts with this project failing against its own tooling, because that is what there was to measure first.

One issue a week. One boundary case in every one.
What changed, what it means in practice, and the threshold that would change my mind. Not a summary of other people’s newsletters.
