Founding membership
The skills are free. The versioning is the product.
A skill with a clean description is a prompt. A skill versioned against real boundary cases — each one naming the rule it added and what that rule still fails to catch — is something a competitor would have to run for a year to reproduce.
Two tiers, and the line between them is not a paywall.
Everything that teaches the method is free and stays free: the one-pager, the decision records, the weekly issue, and the skill packages themselves. What a membership buys is the part that only exists because the method has been run — the accumulated edges, and the versioning that keeps them current.

Founding, specifically
Three things a founding seat adds.
Direct access
While it is being built, and that is the point of buying early rather than a reward for it.
Attribution
Your boundary cases are published with your name on them, if you want them to be.
Priority triage
Submitted cases are worked in order of arrival, and founding seats are first in line.
What does not exist yet.
A founding seat is bought early, which means it is bought before most of it is built. Stating which parts is the difference between selling early access and selling a description.
Membership terms and the refund stance on an annual prepay are published before the first seat is sold, not after. Nothing on this page is a term of sale.
The waitlist, and what it is not.
It is not a queue position and it does not reserve a seat. It is a note that says where to send one message when checkout opens.
